Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. butter (1/4 stick)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 x garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 tsp aniseed crushed or possibly coarsely minced
  • 8 ounce tricolor tubular or possibly spiral-shaped pasta freshly cooked
  • 1 jar roasted red bell peppers liquid removed, minced (7-oz)
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 x plum tomatoes seeded, minced
  • 1/4 c. thinly sliced fresh basil leaves

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter in heavy large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add in oil, garlic and anisee and stir till fragrant, about 1 minute. Fold in all other ingredients and toss till heated through, about 2 min.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Serves 4.
