Receta Not Just Buttered Noodles

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. butter (1/4 stick)
- 1Â 1/2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 3 x garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 tsp aniseed crushed or possibly coarsely minced
- 8 ounce tricolor tubular or possibly spiral-shaped pasta freshly cooked
- 1 jar roasted red bell peppers liquid removed, minced (7-oz)
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 x plum tomatoes seeded, minced
- 1/4 c. thinly sliced fresh basil leaves
Direcciones
- Heat butter in heavy large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add in oil, garlic and anisee and stir till fragrant, about 1 minute. Fold in all other ingredients and toss till heated through, about 2 min.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serves 4.
