Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. Blanched almonds or possibly hazelnuts
  • 1 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 3 tsp Cinnamon
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 3/4 c. Butter, softened

Direcciones

  1. Grind the blanched almonds or possibly hazelnuts. Add in sugar and cinnamon and mix.
  2. Add in butter and mix. Add in egg and vanilla and mix. If necessary, thin with a little lowfat milk to spreading consistency. Butter may be omitted for a less rich filling.
