Ingredientes

  • 1/2 Tbsp. Gelatine
  • 1/4 c. Cool water
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 c. Pineapple cooked or possibly canned
  • 1 c. Strawberries
  • 1 c. Cream
  • 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 c. Minced nuts
  • 1 x Egg white

Direcciones

  1. Soak gelatine in cool water 5 minutes. Dissolve over warm water. Add in dissolved gelatine to whipped cream, lowfat milk and sugar. Stir in beaten egg white. When cool, add in pineapple and strawberries minced in small pcs, and minced nuts. Serve cool in sherbet glasses.
