- 1 cup granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Nutella
- 2 large Eggs, room temperature
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 12 oz Dark Chocolate (60-70%), broken or chopped into small chunks*

.%20I%20used%20both%20white%20and%20dark%20chocolate%20in%20the%20photo%20above%20but%20feel%20free%20to%20just%20use%20the%20dark%20chocolate%20one%20-%20I%20would%20recommend%20that%20on%20its%20own%20as%20the%20flavor%20is%20even%20better%20and%20the%20chocolate%20goodness%20is%20more%20intense!%20What%20are%20you%20waiting%20for?%20Make%20this%20soon!%20:)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIngredients%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E*You%20can%20also%20use%20dark%20chocolate%20chips%20and/or%20use%20half%20white%20chocolate%20if%20you%20prefer%20that.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EProcedure%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPreheat%20the%20oven%20to%20375%20F.%20Line%202%20baking%20sheets%20with%20parchment%20paper%20or%20nonstick%20liners.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESift%20together%20the%20flour,%20baking%20soda%20and%20salt.%20Set%20aside.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECream%20the%20butter%20and%20sugars.%20Add%20the%20Nutella%20and%20beat%20until%20smooth.%20Beat%20in%20the%20eggs%20one%20at%20a%20time.%20Pour%20the%20vanilla%20extract%20thereafter%20and%20continue%20to%20mix%20just%20until%20everything%20is%20combined.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EGradually%20add%20in%20the%20flour%20mixture%20at%20low%20speed%20until%20everything%20comes%20together.%20Fold%20in%20the%20chocolate%20chunks%20or%20chips.%20Drop%20heaping%20tablespoons%20of%20the%20cookie%20dough%20about%202%20inches%20apart%20onto%20the%20prepared%20sheets.%20Bake%20the%20cookies%20for%20about%207-9%20minutes.%20For%20chewier%20cookies,%20slightly%20underbake%20them.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThese%20cookies%20are%20best%20eaten%20warm%20so%20that%20the%20gooey%20chocolate%20melts%20in%20your%20mouth%20and%20they%20are%20truly%20so%20yummy.%20That's%20when%20I%20attack%20them!%20:)%20But%20it%20keeps%20for%20a%20few%20days%20if%20you%20store%20them%20in%20airtight%20containers.%20If%20by%20any%20chance%20they%20become%20a%20little%20crisp%20-%20just%20warm%20them%20up%20gently%20in%20the%20oven%20and%20they%20will%20be%20back%20to%20their%20yummy%20chewier%20self!%20Enjoy!%20%3C3%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
