The Daring Bakers February challenge was to create not just a filled bread, but a filled bread that’s cut and shaped into one of two beautiful forms before baking. This was my first loaf. I adapted the dough from the first recipe and combined it with the Nutella filling and form of the second recipe to create this Twisting the segments was a bit fiddly and quite messy, but it baked a treat!
