very quick n simple,yet yummy pudding,made in jiffy,good for any part,get together or just to chill after dinner....:)

Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoon cornflour
  • 1/4 cup cashew nuts ( soaked in warm water for a 20 minutes )
  • 1/2 cup grated dark chocolate
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder

Direcciones

  1. In a pan, combine milk, honey and cornflour.Whisk together completely until there are no lumps,put off the heat and cool it off.
  2. Drain soaked cashews and place in the blender,add chocolate, cinnamon ,vanilla extract and hot milk mixture over the top and blend until mixture is completely smooth.
  3. Pour the pudding into ice cream glass or ramekins or serving dishes and allow to cool at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
  4. Set in refrigerator for an hour or two....serve chilled.
