Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. oat bran
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. egg substitute
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 2 T vegetable oil

Direcciones

  1. Stir lightly with spoon. Spoon into muffin tins and bake at 350 degrees for about 15 min.Makes 12.
  2. Add in 1/2 cup minced pears and 1 tsp cinnamon. Add in 1/2 cup mashed bananas. Add in 1/2 cup blueberries. or possibly make up your own variation.
