Receta Oat Bran Muffins (Low Cholesterol)

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. oat bran
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. egg substitute
- 1/4 c. honey
- 2 T vegetable oil
Direcciones
- Stir lightly with spoon. Spoon into muffin tins and bake at 350 degrees for about 15 min.Makes 12.
- Add in 1/2 cup minced pears and 1 tsp cinnamon. Add in 1/2 cup mashed bananas. Add in 1/2 cup blueberries. or possibly make up your own variation.
