Ingredientes

  • 1 c. All purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp. All purpose flour
  • 1 c. Skim lowfat milk
  • 6 ounce Uncooked regular oats
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
  • 1/4 c. Vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar sub. (= to 2 TBS sugar
  • 1 c. Fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  •     Vegetable cooking spray
  • 1 tsp Grnd cinnamon

Direcciones

  1. Combine flour, oats, baking pwdr, sugar substitute, and salt in a medium bowl; make a well in center of mix.
  2. Combine lowfat milk, egg, and oil; add in to dry ingredients, stirring just till moistened. Gently mix in blueberries.
  3. Spoon batter into muffin pans coated with cooking spray, filling two- thirds full. Sprinkle cinnamon over muffins, and bake at 425 F. for 20 to 25 min or possibly till lightly browned.
