Ingredientes
- 1 c. All purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. All purpose flour
- 1 c. Skim lowfat milk
- 6 ounce Uncooked regular oats
- 1 x Egg
- 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
- 1/4 c. Vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar sub. (= to 2 TBS sugar
- 1 c. Fresh blueberries
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Â Â Vegetable cooking spray
- 1 tsp Grnd cinnamon
Direcciones
- Combine flour, oats, baking pwdr, sugar substitute, and salt in a medium bowl; make a well in center of mix.
- Combine lowfat milk, egg, and oil; add in to dry ingredients, stirring just till moistened. Gently mix in blueberries.
- Spoon batter into muffin pans coated with cooking spray, filling two- thirds full. Sprinkle cinnamon over muffins, and bake at 425 F. for 20 to 25 min or possibly till lightly browned.
