Receta Oatmeal, Coconut and Almond Cookies
Ingredientes
- 1/3 cup olive oil + 2 tbsp (I didnât add 2tbsp oil)
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds (you can increase up to ¾ cup)
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3-4 tbsp low fat milk / soy milk
