Ingredientes

  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 c. butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 tsp water
  • 1 1/2 c. quick oats, uncooked
  • 1 x (12-ounce) package (2 c.) butterscotch morsels
  • 1/2 tsp orange extract, opt.

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking pwdr, baking soda and salt; set aside. In a large bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, Large eggs and water; beat till creamy. Gradually add in flour mix. Stir in oats, butterscotch morsels and orange extract. Spread into greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan. Bake at 375 for 20-25 min. Cold; cut into thirty-five 2 inch squares
