Receta Oatmeal Waffles/Pancakes

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Egg Beaters 99% egg substitute
- 2 c. lowfat buttermilk (1/2 %)
- 1 c. oatmeal quick cooking
- 1 Tbsp. molasses
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking pwdr

- My waffle iron uses 1/2 c. batter per waffle so I get about 9 waffles.
- Youcan also make pancakes with the recipe. [Lavon]
- Combine egg substitute, buttermilk, oatmeal, molasses & oil.
- Stir in combined dry ingredients.
- Waffles: Bake according to waffle maker's directions.
- Pancakes: Drop batter by 1/4 c. onto a warm, greased griddle.
- Turn when bubbles begin to create on top of pancake. Approx. 15 pancakes.
