Ingredientes

  • 1 c. white flour
  • 1/2 c. oat bran
  • 1/2 c. cornmeal
  • 2 T sugar
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 large eggs, separated
  • 1 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1 3/4 c. buttermilk

Direcciones

  1. Put together dry ingredients. Beat egg yolks slightly and add in buttermilk and butter. Stir in dry ingredients till moistened. Beat egg whites till stiff and fold into batter. Use 1/2 cup for each waffle.
