Receta Oats and vegetable patties
You can have them with tea or serve them for lunch, these starters will never make you feel like you are committing a diet crime. You can savour these guilt free.

- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into six equal portions and roll out each portion into a 50 mm. (2") flat round patty
- How to proceed
- Dip each patty in milk and then roll them in oats till they are evenly coated from both the sides.
- Heat a non-stick griddle and grease it using 1/4 tsp of oil.
- Cook each patty, using 1/8 tsp of oil, till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides.
- Serve hot with this dip
- Mix 2 tbsp of tomato ketchup with 3 tbsp of mayo.Mix well.Serve these patties with this mayo-ketchup dip.
