Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. Unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 c. Cool water
  • 1 c. Boiling water
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 1/4 c. Lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon rind
  • 2 x Egg whites, stiffly beaten

Direcciones

  1. Soften gelatin in cool water. Stir in next 4 ingridients. Strain and cold.
  2. Stir occasionally. When begins to set, beat with rotary beater till frothy.
  3. Beat in stiffly-beated egg whites. Continue beating till mix holds shape. Pile into sherbet glasses. Chill. Serve with soft custard.
  4. Serves 8.
