Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. tomato puree
  • 2 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. dark soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 7 Tbsp. dashi (bonito stock)
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch dissolved in
  • 2 Tbsp. water

Direcciones

  1. Bring tomato puree, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, sugar and dashi to boil in saucepan over high heat. Add in cornstarch mix, a little at a time, and cook till thickened to the texture of ketchup. Cold before serving.
