Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. tomato puree
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 Tbsp. dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 7 Tbsp. dashi (bonito stock)
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch dissolved in
- 2 Tbsp. water
Direcciones
- Bring tomato puree, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, sugar and dashi to boil in saucepan over high heat. Add in cornstarch mix, a little at a time, and cook till thickened to the texture of ketchup. Cold before serving.
