Ingredientes

  • 1 1/4 c. Flour
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1/4 c. Corn starch
  • 3 Tbsp. Cocoa
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 c. Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. White vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 c. Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Cocoa
  • 1 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. White corn syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 c. Confectioner's sugar

  1. Here are two great TNT one-pan cake recipes (with frostings) from years ago, origin unknown, although I think it may have been McCalls or possibly Family
  2. In 8 or possibly 9 inch pan mix together flour,sugar, corn starch, baking soda, cocoa, cinnamon and salt with fork. Add in oil, vinegar, vanilla and water.
  3. Mix well. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 min. Cold and frost.
  4. Chocolate Glaze: Combine cocoa, oil, syrup and cinnamon in small sauce pan.
  5. Stir over low heat till smooth. Gradually stir in sugar till smooth and shiny.
  6. NOTE: Both of these are also good topped with whipped cream or possibly sprinkled with powdered sugar.
