Ingredientes
- 1Â 1/4 c. Flour
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Corn starch
- 3 Tbsp. Cocoa
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/3 c. Oil
- 1 Tbsp. White vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 c. Water
- 2 Tbsp. Cocoa
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 Tbsp. White corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 c. Confectioner's sugar

- Here are two great TNT one-pan cake recipes (with frostings) from years ago, origin unknown, although I think it may have been McCalls or possibly Family
- In 8 or possibly 9 inch pan mix together flour,sugar, corn starch, baking soda, cocoa, cinnamon and salt with fork. Add in oil, vinegar, vanilla and water.
- Mix well. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 min. Cold and frost.
- Chocolate Glaze: Combine cocoa, oil, syrup and cinnamon in small sauce pan.
- Stir over low heat till smooth. Gradually stir in sugar till smooth and shiny.
- NOTE: Both of these are also good topped with whipped cream or possibly sprinkled with powdered sugar.
