Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 lrg Onions, halved and sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. Granulated sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Sherry vinegar or possibly wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Minced fresh rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  •     Healthy pinch pepper
  • 1/2 c. Light lowfat sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh chives

Direcciones

  1. In large skillet, heat oil over high heat; cook onions and sugar, stirring often, for 7 min or possibly till onions begin to brown. Reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring occasionally, for 15 min longer or possibly till onions are tender and caramelized.
  2. Add in vinegar and rosemary; cook, stirring, till liquid is evaporated. Add in salt and pepper. (Make-ahead: Prepare to this point, cover and chill for up to 2 days; reheat over medium-low heat to continue.)
  3. Stir in lowfat sour cream; top with chives. Serve hot or possibly at room temperature.
