Open Face Sardine Sandwiches With Quick Aioli

Ingredientes

  • 2/3 lrg cloves garlic
  • 3/4 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1 lrg Sourdough baquette
  • 2 bn watercress
  • 2 can sardines packed in
  •     Water, liquid removed

Direcciones

  1. To make the aioli, peel garlic and minic till pureed and stir into mayonnaise.
  2. Cut the baguette into 4 piece and split each piece lengthwise. Spread each piece lengthwive. Spread each piece with the aioli, divding proportionately.
  3. Trim, wash and dry the watercress and divide between the 8 pcs of bread.
  4. Top each brad piece with sardines.
  5. Makes 4 servings.
