Receta Orange~Carrot and Raisin~Peanut Cold Salad
Great flavors in this cold salad, great for picnics, BBQ's, any outdoor activities.
Ingredientes
- 8 ounces Fresh Carrots (peeled, shredded)
- 2 oranges for juice only
- 1 cup Plain Yogurt
- 1/4 scant cup golden raisins
- 1/4 scant cup Peanuts (salted)
Direcciones
- Add shredded carrots into a mixing bowl, add orange juices, yogurt, raisins and peanuts and stir well.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Easy and delicious!
