Orange Chicken And Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 3/4 c. chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast cut up
  • 2 x cloves garlic -- chopped
  • 1 c. broccoli florets
  • 1 c. red and green bell pepper -- cut in strips
  • 1 c. sliced onions
  • 1/2 c. orange marmalade
  • 4 c. warm cooked rice

Direcciones

  1. Combine cornstarch, broth, and soy sauce; mix well.
  2. Spray nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat 1 minute. Add in chicken and cook till browned, stirring often. Add in garlic and vegetables and stir-fry 5 min. Add in cornstarch mix and marmalade. Cook till mix boils and thickens, stirring. Serve over warm cooked rice.
  3. Yield: 4 servings.
