Receta Orange Chicken And Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1Â 3/4 c. chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast cut up
- 2 x cloves garlic -- chopped
- 1 c. broccoli florets
- 1 c. red and green bell pepper -- cut in strips
- 1 c. sliced onions
- 1/2 c. orange marmalade
- 4 c. warm cooked rice
Direcciones
- Combine cornstarch, broth, and soy sauce; mix well.
- Spray nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat 1 minute. Add in chicken and cook till browned, stirring often. Add in garlic and vegetables and stir-fry 5 min. Add in cornstarch mix and marmalade. Cook till mix boils and thickens, stirring. Serve over warm cooked rice.
- Yield: 4 servings.
