Ingredientes

  • 2 pkt -(3-ounces) orange gelatin
  • 1 c. Boiling water
  • 1/2 c. Cool water
  • 2 pkt -(3 1/2-oz) instant vanilla pudding/pie filling
  • 2 c. Cool lowfat milk
  • 2 can -(11-oz) mandarin oranges, liquid removed
  • 2 c. Prepared whipped topping
  •     Lime peel, for garnish

Direcciones

  1. In small bowl, dissove gelatin in boiling water; stir in cool water. Refrigeratetill slightly thickened.
  2. Prepare pudding according to package directions using lowfat milk. Reserve 5 mandarin oranges for garnish. Fold remaining mandarin oranges, thickened gelatin, and 1 c. whipped topping into prepared pudding. Pour into 6-c. ring mold. Refrigerate4 hrs or possibly till set.
  3. To serve, unmold onto serving plate. Spoon remaining whipped topping in center of ring. Garnish with reserved mandarin oranges and lime peel. Cut into leaf shapes.
