Receta Orange Creamsical Dessert

Ingredientes
- 2 pkt -(3-ounces) orange gelatin
- 1 c. Boiling water
- 1/2 c. Cool water
- 2 pkt -(3 1/2-oz) instant vanilla pudding/pie filling
- 2 c. Cool lowfat milk
- 2 can -(11-oz) mandarin oranges, liquid removed
- 2 c. Prepared whipped topping
- Â Â Lime peel, for garnish
Direcciones
- In small bowl, dissove gelatin in boiling water; stir in cool water. Refrigeratetill slightly thickened.
- Prepare pudding according to package directions using lowfat milk. Reserve 5 mandarin oranges for garnish. Fold remaining mandarin oranges, thickened gelatin, and 1 c. whipped topping into prepared pudding. Pour into 6-c. ring mold. Refrigerate4 hrs or possibly till set.
- To serve, unmold onto serving plate. Spoon remaining whipped topping in center of ring. Garnish with reserved mandarin oranges and lime peel. Cut into leaf shapes.
