Ingredientes

  • 3/8 c. Potato starch
  • 1 1/4 c. Water
  • 1/4 c. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. Orange juice
  • 1 tsp Lemon rind, grated
  • 2 tsp Orange rind, grated
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 pch Salt
  • 2 x Large eggs, separated

Direcciones

  1. Blend starch with water, juices, rinds, sugar, salt, and margarine. Bring to a boil and cook 1 minutes., stirring. Add in to beaten egg yolks. Mix in stiff whites when cold. Spoon into serving dishes.
