- 3/8 c. Potato starch
- 1Â 1/4 c. Water
- 1/4 c. Lemon juice
- 1/2 c. Orange juice
- 1 tsp Lemon rind, grated
- 2 tsp Orange rind, grated
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1 pch Salt
- 2 x Large eggs, separated
Direcciones
- Blend starch with water, juices, rinds, sugar, salt, and margarine. Bring to a boil and cook 1 minutes., stirring. Add in to beaten egg yolks. Mix in stiff whites when cold. Spoon into serving dishes.
