Ingredientes

  • 16 ounce pork chops -- (4 at 3/4 inch each)
  •     Salt and pepper to taste
  •     All-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. orange marmalade
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar

Direcciones

  1. Sprinkle pork chops lightly with salt and pepper; dredge in flour.
  2. Heat oil in a heavy skillet; brown pork chops on both sides. Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well; pour over pork chops. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 40 to 45 min.
  3. Yield: 4 servings.
