Ingredientes
- 16 ounce pork chops -- (4 at 3/4 inch each)
- Â Â Salt and pepper to taste
- Â Â All-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. orange marmalade
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
Direcciones
- Sprinkle pork chops lightly with salt and pepper; dredge in flour.
- Heat oil in a heavy skillet; brown pork chops on both sides. Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well; pour over pork chops. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 40 to 45 min.
