Receta Orange Rosemary Cookies. Eat Up, They're Vegan and Gluten Free!
Ingredientes
- 1 orange
- 1 cup of white whole wheat flour (I used whole wheat pastry flour)
- 1/2 cup of lightly packed almond flour
- 3/4 tsp of baking powder
- 1/8 tsp of sea salt
- 1/4 cup of virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup of lightly packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp minced fresh rosemary
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 to 3 Tbs of turbinado sugar for topping
- Put the pieces on the cookie sheet about an inch apart
- 1 cup of Sorghum Flour
- 1 cup of tapioca flour (aka tapioca starch)
- 1/2 cup of almond meal flour
