Ingredientes

  • 2 pkt 3 ounce orange jello
  • 1 c. Boiling water
  • 1 pt Orange sherbet, softened
  • 1 c. Heavy cream, whipped
  • 11 ounce Can mandarin oranges,liquid removed

Direcciones

  1. Combine jello and boiling water, stirring till gelatin completely dissolved; let stand to cold at room temperature, but not set. Add in sherbet, stirring till blended and thickened. Mix in whipped cream and mandarin oranges.
  2. Pour mix into a lightly oiled 6-c. mold. Cover and chill till hard. Unmold onto a serving platter and garnish with mint leaves and some of the reserved oranges.
