Receta Oriental Chile baked barramundi
a low fat low carb easy baked fish
Ingredientes
- Barramundi filets 5-6
- 1/4c Chili Garlic Sauce -tuong ot toi
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2-3 cloves mince garlic
- juice of one lemon
- juice of one small orange
- salt and pepper
- 1 white onion large dice
Direcciones
- rinse and pat dry filets
- place fillets on baking sheet
- salt and pepper
- whisk together chili sauce, soy, garlic and juices
- pour over the fillets
- add diced onion
- cover with a sheet of foil and bake at 350 for 20 minutes
