Ingredientes

5 to 8 potatoes, cut with skins on
1 (8 ounce) pkg. Cheddar cheese

2 ounce bacon bits
1 (8 ounce) container lowfat sour cream

Direcciones

Place potatoes on cookie sheet; bake approximately 30 min till potatoes are almost done. Then cover with Cheddar cheese and bacon bits. Bake till cheese is melted. Serve with lowfat sour cream.
