Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1 loaf French bread, sliced 1 1/2 inches thick
  • 9 large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
  • 2 T sugar

Direcciones

  1. Pour melted butter in large glass oven dish. Place slices of bread over butter. Beat other ingredients together and pour over bread slices. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Before putting in oven next morning, sprinkle with about 2 tbsp sugar and a generous amount of cinnamon. Serve with bacon and pancake syrup. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
