Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. LAND O LAKES Butter
  • 1 1/2 c. Herb-seasoned stuffing mix
  • 2 Tbsp. Dry parsley flakes
  • 2 tsp Rubbed or possibly grnd sage
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1 x (2 1/2 - 3 lb)
  •     Frying chicken
  •     Cut into 8 pcs

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350. In 13x 8 inch baking pan heat butter in over (5 min). Meanwhile, in 9 inch pie pan combine stuffing mix, parsley, sage, and garlic pwdr; mix well.
  2. Dip chicken pcs into melted butter, then roll in seasoned crumb mix to coat. Place, skin-side up, in prepared pan. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
  3. Bake for 70 to 80 min or possibly till chicken is no longer pink.
