Receta Oven Fried Herb Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. LAND O LAKES Butter
- 1Â 1/2 c. Herb-seasoned stuffing mix
- 2 Tbsp. Dry parsley flakes
- 2 tsp Rubbed or possibly grnd sage
- 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1 x (2 1/2 - 3 lb)
- Â Â Frying chicken
- Â Â Cut into 8 pcs
Direcciones
- 1. Heat oven to 350. In 13x 8 inch baking pan heat butter in over (5 min). Meanwhile, in 9 inch pie pan combine stuffing mix, parsley, sage, and garlic pwdr; mix well.
- 2. Dip chicken pcs into melted butter, then roll in seasoned crumb mix to coat. Place, skin-side up, in prepared pan. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
- 3. Bake for 70 to 80 min or possibly till chicken is no longer pink.
