Ingredientes

  • 1 lb skinless hoki fillets
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. evaporated skim lowfat milk
  • 2/3 c. corn flake crumbs
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil

Direcciones

  1. Sprinkle fish with lemon juice. Dip fillets in lowfat milk, then roll in crumbs. Spray baking pan with non-stick coating. Arrange fillets in pan and drizzle with oil.
  2. Bake at 450 degrees for 8 to 10 min or possibly just till fish flakes easily.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
