Receta Oven "Fried" Hoki For Four

Ingredientes
- 1 lb skinless hoki fillets
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. evaporated skim lowfat milk
- 2/3 c. corn flake crumbs
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
Direcciones
- Sprinkle fish with lemon juice. Dip fillets in lowfat milk, then roll in crumbs. Spray baking pan with non-stick coating. Arrange fillets in pan and drizzle with oil.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 8 to 10 min or possibly just till fish flakes easily.
