Ingredientes

  • 3 x all-purpose potatoes scrubbed, dry
  • 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 Tbsp. dry herbes de Provence plus
  • 1 tsp dry herbes de Provence
  •     (or possibly 1 tspn each dry parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme)
  •     Salt to taste

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
  2. Cut potatoes into thin wedges and place on a cookie sheet. Coat potatoes in a thin layer of extra virgin olive oil, then sprinkle very liberally with 2 palm fulls of herbes. Toss potatoes to coat proportionately.
  3. Roast potatoes 25 min, till crisp and golden brown at edges. Season warm wedges with salt to your taste.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
