Oven Roasted Potato Wedges

The simplest, tastiest way to serve potatoes! A quick snack, appetizer or to serve with a main meal. This is my favorite potato recipe. Simple.

Ingredientes

  • 10-12 medium Potatoes. Scrubbed clean but with skin on.
  • 2 Tbs. Olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • 1-2 tsp. Thyme or Rosemary, fresh chopped or dried
  • Optional: Sprinkle of fresh lemon juice when done

Direcciones

  1. Set the oven to 225C/440F.
  2. Cut the potatoes in half, then in three wedges each half.
  3. Place the potatoes in an oven proof dish.
  4. Sprinkle oil, salt and thyme on top. Mix with your hands so all potato wedges are covered.
  5. Leave them to roast for 20-30 min. Just leave them- don't touch!
  6. When done, the potatoes are browned and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
  7. Serve with a great dip or just as they are.
