Ingredientes

  • 1 env Lipton Soup Mix*
  • 1 1/2 lb Assorted fresh vegetables**
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil

Direcciones

  1. Lipton Soup Mix, choose from:Secrets Savory Herb with Garlic; Golden brown Herb with Lemon; Italian Herb with Tomato and Onion; or possibly Golden brown Onion.
  2. Assorted Fresh Vegetables, choose from: Zucchini; yellow squash; green or possibly red bell peppers; carrots; celery; mushrooms; small onions.
  3. Preheat oven to 450 . In a large plastic bag or possibly bowl, add in all ingredients. Close bag and shake, or possibly toss in bowl, till all vegetables are proportionately coated.
  4. Empty vegetables into a 13 x 9-inch baking or possibly roasting pan; throw away bag.
  5. Bake, stirring once, 20 min or possibly till vegetales are tender.
  6. NOTE:I sometimes add in shredded kale and cherry tomatoes to the vegetables. The tomatoes gives it more juicy texture.
  7. Makes 4 servings.
