Receta Oven Roasted Vegetables

Ingredientes
- 1 env Lipton Soup Mix*
- 1Â 1/2 lb Assorted fresh vegetables**
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil

- *Lipton Soup Mix, choose from:Secrets Savory Herb with Garlic; Golden brown Herb with Lemon; Italian Herb with Tomato and Onion; or possibly Golden brown Onion.
- **Assorted Fresh Vegetables, choose from: Zucchini; yellow squash; green or possibly red bell peppers; carrots; celery; mushrooms; small onions.
- Preheat oven to 450 . In a large plastic bag or possibly bowl, add in all ingredients. Close bag and shake, or possibly toss in bowl, till all vegetables are proportionately coated.
- Empty vegetables into a 13 x 9-inch baking or possibly roasting pan; throw away bag.
- Bake, stirring once, 20 min or possibly till vegetales are tender.
- NOTE:I sometimes add in shredded kale and cherry tomatoes to the vegetables. The tomatoes gives it more juicy texture.
