Ingredientes

  • 2 x Turkey thighs, skinned
  • 1 x Onion -- minced
  •     And cubed
  • 1 x Garlic, clove -- chopped
  • 8 ounce Sliced tomatoes --
  •     Undrained
  • 1/4 c. Cilantro leaves -- minced
  • 2 x Green peppers -- seeded
  • 1 Tbsp. Cocoa pwdr -- plain
  •     Minced
  • 2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 3 x Peppers, jalepeno --
  •     Minced
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cumin -- or possibly 1 Tablespoons chili
  •     Pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Combine ingredients in a crock pot. Cover and cook for 14 to 16 hours at low heat.
  2. Note: double the recipe to make 8 servings, and freeeze extras in single serving portions if you like. 295 calories each
