- 2 x Turkey thighs, skinned
- 1 x Onion -- minced

- 1 x Garlic, clove -- chopped
- 8 ounce Sliced tomatoes --
- Â Â Undrained
- 1/4 c. Cilantro leaves -- minced
- 2 x Green peppers -- seeded
- 1 Tbsp. Cocoa pwdr -- plain
- Â Â Minced
- 2 tsp Cumin seeds
- 3 x Peppers, jalepeno --
- Â Â Minced
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cumin -- or possibly 1 Tablespoons chili
- Â Â Pwdr

- Combine ingredients in a crock pot. Cover and cook for 14 to 16 hours at low heat.
- Note: double the recipe to make 8 servings, and freeeze extras in single serving portions if you like. 295 calories each
