Ingredientes

  • 4 doz oysters
  • 1 can Sliced artichoke bottoms
  • 4 ounce Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 bn green onions, minced
  • 1 1/2 pt Oyster liquid
  •     Salt & pepper to taste
  •     Crepes

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry onions in butter and stir in flour; add in oysters, artichoke slices, oyster liquid, salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 min; sauce will thicken.
  2. Spoon sauce into crepes, roll and cover with a little more sauce. Run under broiler for a couple of min till sauce bubbles.
