Receta Oyster And Artichoke Crepes

Ingredientes
- 4 doz oysters
- 1 can Sliced artichoke bottoms
- 4 ounce Butter
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 bn green onions, minced
- 1Â 1/2 pt Oyster liquid
- Â Â Salt & pepper to taste
- Â Â Crepes
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onions in butter and stir in flour; add in oysters, artichoke slices, oyster liquid, salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 min; sauce will thicken.
- Spoon sauce into crepes, roll and cover with a little more sauce. Run under broiler for a couple of min till sauce bubbles.
