Ingredientes

  • 1 x (15-ounce) can artichoke
  •     Hearts
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter, plus extra for
  •     Broiling
  •     Oysters and for top of
  •     Ramekins
  • 1/4 tsp Warm sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Paprika, plus extra for tops
  •     Of Ramekins
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 tsp Pepper
  • 2 doz oysters with liquid
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced pimento
  • 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Sherry
  • 1 c. Bread crumbs

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 450 F. Mash or possibly puree artichoke hearts in a food processor.
  2. Brown flour in butter over medium heat, stir constantly. Add in seasonings, oyster liquid and artichokes. Broil oysters in a little butter till they curl. Add in oysters to artichoke mix along with pimento and garlic. Add in sherry, mixing well. Place mix in ramekins, top with bread crumbs and dot with butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Brown in oven for 10 min.
  3. Makes4 to 6 servings.
